Product Design & Development

While working for an all-inclusive, residential solar contractor, I led the end-to-end development of ‘Synergy’, a proprietary solar sales platform, from concept to $16M valuation, releasing it to Beta in nine (9) months. We then launched to 150+ sales reps across 12 states and added two additional product offerings. I managed an international development team together with our in-house development team, fostering collaboration, and drove continuous improvement, uncovering the “why behind the ask” to bring this vision to life.
